Internship "Journal Management"
Interns at IJPH will receive hands-on training in most activities related to the management of a scientific journal. They will support the scientific editors and the managing editor in manuscript handling, running calls for papers and special issues, compiling issues and organize editorial board meetings. Correspondence includes editors, authors, and the publisher. Interns will analyse the journal’s performance and trends in scientific publishing.
Learning workflows, functions and worldwide networks of an international scientific journal will raise knowledge and awareness of career opportunities in the publishing sector and science communication. For details, please see the description below (pdf).
