SSPH+/ETHZ Lecture Series: This is Public Health

SSPH+ and ETH Zurich once again co-organized a lecture series in 2022 focused on public health. The series entitled: "This is Public Health", consisted of 12 lectures that were led by experts in the field of public health from the SSPH+ network. Specifically, the lecturers taught on the importance of public health topics from varying perspectives including; epidemiology, public health, medicine, and social sciences. Correspondingly, the lectures covered a wide range of topics, including; infectious diseases, environmental health and mental health. The series was mainly aimed towards medical students at ETHZ but was also open to the public so that any interested persons could attend. The lectures provided a valuable opportunity for participants to engage with lecturers, exchange ideas, and explore emerging topics and innovative approaches in public health research.
